2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction).
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
• You must provide accurate and verifiable information during registration.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these conditions.

3. User Accounts

All advertising fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable, except as required by law.

5. Freelance Marketplace

Freelancers can list their services, and clients can hire them for projects through 60Byte. Both parties agree to:

• Communicate honestly and professionally.
• Complete transactions only through the 60Byte system.
• Respect intellectual property rights and confidentiality of shared information.

We act solely as an intermediary, not as an employer, contractor, or agent for either party.

6. Investment Operations

60Byte reinvests a portion of its revenues into forex and cryptocurrency markets to enhance platform profitability. You acknowledge that:

• These investments are managed solely by 60Byte, and user funds are not directly invested unless explicitly stated in future programs.
• Market investments carry inherent risk, including potential loss of capital.
• 60Byte’s investment performance does not guarantee any financial returns to users unless otherwise disclosed.

7. Payment and Fees

All fees, commissions, and ad costs must be paid in accordance with the Platform’s pricing and billing terms. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, cryptocurrency, or other approved channels. We may modify pricing structures at any time with prior notice.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any activity that:

Past performance is not indicative of future results. 60Byte and its affiliates shall not be liable for financial losses, delays, or interruptions arising from investment or trading activities conducted through or by the Platform.

11. Limitation of Liability
